This month, two magazines feature Century Properties, Inc. (CPI) covers.  The first is lifestyleasia with Joey and Robbie Antonio with Donald Trump.  The company has upped the ante once again by bringing in the Trump Organization to the Philippine Real Estate scene.  The 2 companies shall be collaborating on the Trump Tower Manila, to be located at the Century City along Kalayaan Ave, Makati.

The Milano Residences is interior-designed by Versace Home

The second cover is for CondoLiving magazine, featuring another Century City landmark:  The Milano Residences.

Century City is seen to be the next best investment location in the country as this features international brands partnering with CPI.  Milano is interior designed by Versace Home.  No-less than Mr. Santo Versace came for visit to endorse this limited edition property.

As of this date, this is the only Versace Home-branded tower in the whole of Asia.
