MILANO: Makati condo is fastest-selling Versace-designed property worldwide

I just saw this article on today's issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The Milano Residences is a vote of confidence for Philippine Real Estate as Versace Home chose our country as their first in Asia.

They were right, as it is the "fastest-selling Versace-designed property worldwide".

AZURE: Paris Hilton Coming to Manila

Paris Hilton is the new ambassador for AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES

I remember right after the recent Manny Pacquiao fight, Paris Hilton mentioned something about a "resort" project she was doing in Manila.  I thought it was going to be one of those seaside developments.

Well, it was a beach alright, but its not by the sea.

It is with great excitement that Century Properties announces Parish Hilton's involvement in Azure Urban Resort Residences, the only property in the Philippines with a man-made beach as one of the amenities.

Paris Hilton will be involved in the design of the central amenity, the Azure Beach Club.
