AZURE: Paris Hilton Coming to Manila

Paris Hilton is the new ambassador for AZURE URBAN RESORT RESIDENCES

I remember right after the recent Manny Pacquiao fight, Paris Hilton mentioned something about a "resort" project she was doing in Manila.  I thought it was going to be one of those seaside developments.

Well, it was a beach alright, but its not by the sea.

It is with great excitement that Century Properties announces Parish Hilton's involvement in Azure Urban Resort Residences, the only property in the Philippines with a man-made beach as one of the amenities.

Paris Hilton will be involved in the design of the central amenity, the Azure Beach Club.

GENERALLY GOOD NEWS: Templeton's Mark Mobius in Manila

Its not everyday Manila gets a visit from a known "global investor and emerging markets fund manager", but that's what we just got from Mr. Mark Mobius from Templeton Asset Management.

 From what I surmise from current news, he speaks about the Philippines with a mixture of curiousity and caution, with dashes of general optimism at what the country can do, economically, at least.

“We’d like to see the Philippines growing at the rate as China is,” Mobius said (probably wishful thinking).

It would be nice to take notice of Philippine stocks.  There are opportunities open here.

Its always nice to read about condominium investments, especially if its a project by award-winning developer Century Properties.

The Knightsbridge will be the 2nd building to be built at Century City and will be one of the tallest skyscrapers to add its beauty to the Makati skyline.
