Its always nice to read about condominium investments, especially if its a project by award-winning developer Century Properties.

The Knightsbridge will be the 2nd building to be built at Century City and will be one of the tallest skyscrapers to add its beauty to the Makati skyline.

An excerpt from the article:

Since its launch the basic price of the unit has risen from P2.5 million to P3.5 million.

“Early buyers had healthy returns, close to 40 percent. They see the value of pre-selling. When a project is launched, it is an opportune time to purchase. People buy into the reputation and delivery record of developer,” says Antonio.

Ultimately, the condominium is an investment.

“Buying for property forces you to set aside money, and you’re building equity toward your future home.”

And by the way, when the article said that "To date, 97 percent of the units have been sold.", they were not kidding.

I checked today's availability chart, and the building is REALLY almost sold out.

Units in WHITE are the only ones left. Get them while still available.

YOU'RE INVITED! The Knightsbridge Residences at Opus Bar, Resorts World Manila

Okay, before I go on about Acqua Private Residences, let me just give a heads up on this event TOMORROW (JULY 12, 2011).

Century Properties (CPI) has a master-planned community being constructed at the Makati Central Business District. It's called Century City.
