CENTURY CITY MAKATI: KB and GRAM'S Skyward Ascent

Gram and KB from the 21st Floor of the Pacific Star Building

Just sharing picture updates on the construction for Knightsbridge Residences and Gramercy Residences at the Century City in Makati (from Feb. 25 to July 14, 2011). 

Gramercy (the tallest building in PH, when its finished) is slated for turnover on Q4 2012, while Knightsbridge will follow a year after, Q4 2013.

Its quite exciting to see these developments come to life before our very eyes.

Gramercy and Knightsbridge, plus the completed Grand SOHO Makati, as seen from another angle.

I am sure when Milano and Centuria (still within the Century City area) start construction, they will provide the Makati skyline even more eye candy.

GENERALLY GOOD NEWS: Templeton's Mark Mobius in Manila

Its not everyday Manila gets a visit from a known "global investor and emerging markets fund manager", but that's what we just got from Mr. Mark Mobius from Templeton Asset Management.

 From what I surmise from current news, he speaks about the Philippines with a mixture of curiousity and caution, with dashes of general optimism at what the country can do, economically, at least.

“We’d like to see the Philippines growing at the rate as China is,” Mobius said (probably wishful thinking).

It would be nice to take notice of Philippine stocks.  There are opportunities open here.

Its always nice to read about condominium investments, especially if its a project by award-winning developer Century Properties.

The Knightsbridge will be the 2nd building to be built at Century City and will be one of the tallest skyscrapers to add its beauty to the Makati skyline.

An excerpt from the article:

And by the way, when the article said that "To date, 97 percent of the units have been sold.", they were not kidding.

I checked today's availability chart, and the building is REALLY almost sold out.

Units in WHITE are the only ones left.  Get them while still available.
